I sort of fell into Project Management. As I delved into various development projects, I learned I was able to wear many hats. Project Management was one I enjoy donning as it allows me to help others in many ways. I’ve had the privilege to help by leading amazing teams and organizing and overseeing projects. Also by employing collaborative team and stakeholder management to deliver high-quality projects.
I’m not married to any one way to manage a project however I have found Agile approaches to be great. Having customer feedback from the beginning of a project has helped ensure delivery of exactly what they want.

The primary goal of the project was to create a Video Player that could be easily maintained and didn't require a remote control.
Build Mobile Apps for Rewards Program

The primary goal of the project was to create Android and iPhone Apps to integrate with a rewards website. The secondary goal of the project was to update the rewards website to streamline redemption process.
